The Belt Trainer resistance cord can be used together with various swimming training devices that create water resistance and help develop speed and power for both professional athletes and recreational swimmers.
The trainer consists of a durable nylon strap, with one end attached to a wide belt and the other to a drag parachute (sold separately). The belt is adjustable in size with a plastic buckle, and a soft neoprene pad protects the skin from chafing.
