Description
ARENA Kickboard is a lightweight training board suitable for swimmers of different levels. It helps isolate the lower body, improve kick technique, develop leg strength and endurance, and maintain better body alignment in the water.
The board comfortably supports the arms and helps keep the upper body stable. This allows the swimmer to focus on the leg action used in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly drills.
Its contoured shape provides comfortable support, while the integrated grip holes offer several hand-positioning options. Holding the upper or side openings makes it possible to adjust body position and vary the focus of each training exercise.
Material: 100% EVA, providing a lightweight, buoyant and durable construction for regular pool use. PVC-free. Unisex design in one universal size. Available colours: Plum–Artic Lime and Sage–Artic Lime.
After training, rinse the board with clean water and allow it to dry away from heat and direct sunlight. ARENA Kickboard is a training aid and should not be used as a lifesaving flotation device.
